3Dimensional Physical Therapy and Sports Conditioning is one of the most functionally innovative physical therapy clinics in the Tacoma area. Our recently completed 2700 sq foot facility has been carefully planned to accommodate all types of patients, from those with severe injuries to those who are high level athletes.
 
Our spacious exercise area is void of bulky weight machines that only allow a single movement in one plane. Instead, we've invested in equipment that can be manipulated in hundreds of ways to allow us to design specific exercises to enhance your potential.
 
 • All of our cardio equipment is brand new and of superior commercial quality.
 • There is also a private shower room with an internal lock for your convenience.
 • All individual treatment rooms are spacious and have solid doors to help with privacy issues.
 • Large mirrors are located on two walls of the clinic so you have visual feedback during exercises.
